Q: What sort of rubbish can you remove?
A: We can remove all kinds of rubbish. We will essentially remove everything that fits inside our truck and can be lifted by two people at a time. From garden and wood waste to broken furniture and appliances, we can clean your home of all kinds of rubbish. However, we do not remove hazardous material.
Q: Do I need to be present when the rubbish is picked up?
A: Our team informs you 60 minutes prior to arrival. If you have made prior arrangements with us, you don’t have to be present. Many customers like to be present to ensure nothing gets left behind.
Q: Are you a licensed rubbish remover?
A: We are a registered service and our vehicles and employees are both licensed and insured. If you need soil disposal please ask about our disposal permit and relevant conditions.
Q: How experienced is your team?
A: Our employees come with years of experience and are well-versed in their job.
Q: Do You Recycle Rubbish?
A: Yes, we do recycle when possible. If you would like to recycle yourself, you can learn more from the Queensland Government website on recycling.
Q: What do you do with the rubbish?
A: We are committed to protecting the environment and hence, we take items that can be recycled to recycling centers and transfer stations. However, if your rubbish contains things that cannot be recycled, we will dispose of them in a council approved dumping facility.
Q: What size are your trucks?
A: We use large and small rubbish trucks. We can carry 1 to 10 tonnes.
Q: Can you help clean up after a storm?
A: Yes. Since we specialize in all kinds of rubbish removal, we have the necessary equipment required to clean up after a storm.
Q: Do you remove rubbish for builders?
A: Yes. We have a dedicated team to help builders clear demolition and construction sites.
Q: Do you remove E-Waste?
A: Yes, our services include removing E-waste as well.
Q: How much does it cost to remove my rubbish?
A: The final cost of removal is calculated based on the volume of the rubbish. If you wish to get an estimate, we will urge you to contact one of our team members.
Q: How can i get a quote?
A: Once you call us, we will book an appointment with you. On the designated date and time, our team will reach your house and evaluate the waste to be removed. Based on its evaluation, our team will give you a final estimate.

A: We service all areas of Brisbane in South East Queensland. Popular locations include Northside, Southside, West and Eastern suburbs. We also operate in Moreton Bay, Redland Bay, Manly, Ipswich and Toowoomba.
Q: What hours are you open?
A: Our office is from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekends by appointment.
